Recipe: Tuna and Pepperoncini Hero

Tuna & Pepperoncini Hero:

Serves 4-6

1 crusty loaf of French or Italian bread
2(7 oz.) cans tuna fish packed in olive oil
8-12 Tuscan peppers(pepperoncini)
juice of 1 lemon

Slice the bread from one end to the other but dont cut all the way through.Leave one edge of the bread as a "hinge".

Empty the undrained tuna fish down the middle of the loaf & arrange the pickled peppers on top.Squeeze the lemon juice over the tuna fish.Close the sandwich,slice into individual portions,serve.
