White Chip Chocolate Cookies
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 sticks butter or margarine -- softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar -- packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 each eggs
2 cups white chocolate chips -- 12 ounce pkgCombine flours, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanillain large mixing bowl till creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add in flour mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by well-rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 9-11 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
