Appetizers and Snacks
White Chocolate Party Mix
alt.cooking-chien/Connie G.
Yield: 5 quarts

1 pkg. (10 oz.) mini pretzel
5 cups cheerios
5 cups corn chex
2 cups salted peanuts
1 lb. M&M's (I like to use the holiday M&M's)
2 pkgs. (12 oz. each) white chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. oil

In a large bowl, combine first 5 ings.; set aside In microwave-safe bowl, heat chips and oil for 2 min., stirring once. Microwave on high for 10 seconds; stir until smooth. Be careful not to heat to long as it will ruin the chocolate. Stir it really well. It helps the chips to melt. Pour over cereal mixture & mix well. Spread onto wax paper. Cool: break apart Store in airtight container.
