Recipe: Honey Chicken Wings (crock pot or oven)

Honey Chicken Wings (crock pot)

This recipie can be cooked all day in a slow cooker or oven-baked one hour before serving.

3 lbs. chicken wings, cut in two parts, discard tips
Salt and pepper
1 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. catsup
1/2 garlic clove, chopped

Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Place wings in crock pot and pour on sauce. Cook all day on low setting.

Or, preheat oven to 375F, and place wings in shallow casserole, pour sauce on and bake until chicken is carmelized, about 1 hour.
