ZESTY ITALIAN CRESCENT ROLL CASSEROLE
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. minced onion
8 oz. sour cream
8 crescent rolls (1 can)
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix (dry)
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 c. mozzarella cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Brown hamburger and onions. Add tomato sauce and seasoning mix. Spread in 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Spread sour cream over, then mozzarella cheese. Unroll crescent rolls and lay on top (flat). Drizzle butter over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-25 minutes or until golden brown.
