ISO: Chico's Tacos

My boyfriend is from El Paso and has taken me to Chico's before. He absolutely loves it. Well, he's out there right now visiting family, and comes back tomorrow, and is sad because today is the last day he gets Chico's tacos. I thought as a surprise I would try to make them. So I'm eternally grateful to you for having the recipe, but what about the actual tacos? I've never made rolled tacos before, could you give me that recipe too? I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much.
