Recipe(tried): Chicos Red Sauce

My son is a HUGE fan of Chicos Tacos and I decided to try and duplicate the sauce for him. I am not a fan of Chicos Tacos and must say this homemade sauce is pretty tasty. My son said it was to thick and tomatoey. On the bright side the cheese I used did melt. If you are looking to duplicate the Chicos sauce this is not the recipe.
