Could you please post your impressions of the slaw after you try it? I would love to know how it turns out.

and yes, I understand you completely re: more work than you anticipated. I always think that, too, when I pull out the food pro, but between getting everything the right size to fit in the chute, scraping out the work bowl, packing up the food, and then the Big Cleanup, it is more like a marathon than a race!
