Dear Terry: Thank you so much. I made the pototoe salad yesterday and we really liked it. I substituted the mayo for miracle whip and it worked just fine. I will try it next time with mayo and sugar. I used the prepared mustard but will try the dried next time. Thanks again. I've added another recipe to our collection. Mrs. Food
