POTATO SALAD
Scrub potatoes (preferably not new ones)and boil in the skins till tender.
Let cool until you can handle them and peel. Cut into small slices or cubes.
Add Kraft Coleslaw Dressing to coat, chopped green onions, about 1/2 tbsp.
relish to each cup (take a wild guess),salt and pepper to taste,1/2 tsp.
mustard to each cup potatoes and salad dressing or mayo to make it all nice
and creamy.
Note: This is my Moms'in law recipie and I have improvised by adding chopped celery, green peppers, a couple of tsp. celery seed, a couple of tbsp. tarrogon leaves or fresh or frozen chopped dill leaf, and hard boiled eggs.
Let sit covered in fridge for at least a couple of hours to let flavours blend.
