just wanted to let u know that some of the spice shops sell dried eggs. altho it isnt an egg white but yet is a whole egg i used it any way and was great. i also bought dried vanilla powder at the spice shop and used that. becareful to add the amount of water additionally to the cake to compinsate for the egg ....instead of 1tbsof water i added 3 and 1tbs of oil. u could also substitute apple sauce for the oil...give the student apple sauce tubs.......debbie
