source for Vanilla Powder
Misc.Vanilla powder is NOT the same a vanilla sugar. Vanilla sugar is grandular sugar
that has been infused with vanilla flavor by putting whole vanilla beans and
sugar in a tightly closed container and let set for a week.
Penzeys Spices at www.penzeys.com Says, that there vanilla sugar is very finely
chopped whole vanilla beans mixed and aged with white grandulated sugar. So, if
you wanted to try and chop vanilla beans very finely and mix that with the
powdered sugar in the bag. That could get a little pricy with the cost of the
whole beans.
I did find a source for vanilla powder. Sweet Celebrations at www.sweetc.com
This is from the website.
