 Hi Roxanne,
 Unless I missed something, there isn't any coffee in this recipe. You add 
water, an egg white (Wilton sells powdered egg whites) and oil (many recipes
call for sub'ng applesauce for oil to lower the fat content). Having two sons
that just graduated from college, these would be great fund raisers...sending
the directions off to DH's aunt ( a nun) for their bazaars. Actually, will 
probably make them up for her. How about working with the cafeteria people?
I feel sure they will help, won't they? We'll keep trying!
