ISO: Cake in a Cup

Help! I'm looking for the Cake in a Cup recipe to do in Ice Cream cups for kids at a Wedding Reception in 2 weeks. I'd also like to do these in Cups for gifts.

Does anybody have a recipe they have actually tried, and directions to do it well.
