ISO: soy flour substitute
Misc.Terry,
You said for egg substitute use 1 tablespoone of soy flour and 1 tablespoone of water to equal 1 egg. I wanted to make sure it is not 1 TEASPOON of soy flour and 1 tablespoone of water. I was reading another website and it suggested to use 1 teaspoon, so I just wanted to make sure before I starting baking. thanks
