Recipe(tried): Cake in a cup

Misc.

Hello Nancy K. Yes, I have tried cake in a cup, am using it for a lesson for my Home Extension Club. We are doing "Gifts from the Kitchen" lesson and the mix makes about l2-l3 cups of mix, but the glaze mix is not clear. I used Jiffy frosting mix and just put a tablespoon in the bag and had them put 1/2 teaspoon of hot water and that is sufficient frosting. I have wrapped my cups in colored cellophane and tied ribbon on it and lused the pinking shears on the recipe card, some used rick-rac around the card with a sm. ornament and they are darling. I suggest eating the cake right away and used choc as it looks like it is browned and also the frosting.
