Recipe: Soy Flour Substitution
Misc.I've used soy flour for eggs. 1 Tablespoon soy flour and 1 tablespoon water for each egg. I have never tasted any difference or noticed any difference in texture. I've used it in Banana Bread, Zucchini Cake, cookies. I haven't baked much this summer because of the heat but plan to continue using Soy flour in all my baking.
