Substitutions
Misc.I think the recipe is great! Except for a couple of things: When you buy the cake in a cup all you have to add is water or coffee. Can we all pull together to see what we can substitute in for the egg white and the oil? I know there has to be some sort of substitution for the egg white, I just need to think a little more on it--we have meringue powder and I think there has to be some sort of recipe to equal one egg white using water and meringue powder. The reason I want substitutes is not very many college students have an egg white or even oil. Thanks for all of the help.
