use Just Whites for egg white substitution (more)

It is a dry powder egg white that has a shelf life of 5 years I believe. I got mine at my local Albertsons store. The oil is such a small amount so try an experiment and make one at home without any oil. If it works, then you have your solution for college students. I am sure they still have access to the water. HE!HE!
