Dear Gladys and Cali,
Just wanted you to know that I have always used a glass(Pyrax)pie plate, greased well and that I have never had a problem with it unmolding beautifully. Also, it browns nicely in that. I don't see why it wouldn't work in the dishes that you mentioned, too. IT REALLY IS VERY EASY!
