SEPPO re. veggie dogs

Misc.

Good Morning Zeppo, I have been so blessed! I was thrilled to see what you wrote to me this morning.I am honored to receive your recipe! I am sure you have seen the posts between Sybil/Hoboken and myself. She is writing an Italian Cookbook and has been sharing her recipes with me on the site and e-mail. You now advise me about your Vegetarian Cookbook! How wonderful! When I showed your Pate recipe to my husband this morning he commented how professional your recipe and comments were written! Now we know why. I am sure your cookbook will be a wonderful success. You must let us know when it will be available to purchase, and of course I will want a signed copy!I am originally from New Jersey and have visited the Catskill Mountains many times as a child. It is beautiful there. What a interesting job you must have. My older daughter is in College and working in NJ. She is dating a wonderful Italian boy who is attending Culinary School ny NY. His entire family in NJ and in Italy are or have been in the restaurant/deli business. We had some very interesting food related conversations during the holidays. I never realized all that is necessary to learn to be a Chef, such as the kitchen sanitation and food nutrition and so much more. It would be nice to have Chef for a son-in-law! Where did you attend Culinary School? My younger daughter is showing an interest in this area. She loves to cook as much as myself and my hysband. Thank you for sharing the information regarding the Boca burgers. I will try to find them here, but may be difficult. When living in NJ I was able to purchase just about any brand of food. I did not realize how spoiled I was until we moved to the mountains of Georgia. It is so beautiful here and I could never move back to a large city again, however there are sacrifices you have to make. My parents are great and very often send us "care packages" from Jersey with items we can not find here. If we go to Atlanta (2 Hours south of us) it is almost like shopping in NY/NJ and are able to find many more items. We do not get down there that often, but do stock up when we do. How long have you been a Vegetarian? It has been 4 years for me. Have a wonderful day and I am sure we will be posting often. Happy Cooking!
