Venision Crockpot Roast

Venision Shoulder or ribs
1 large sweet onion, sliced thinly
Favorite BBQ sauce

Put the onions on the bottom of the crock pot, then add the meat. Pour a bottle of BBQ sauce if using the large pot or 1/2 a bottle if using the small
crock pot (2 and 1/2 qt.) Cook on low all day. Serve with white rice.
