Fresh Green Bean & Potato Casserole
Serves 4-6

4-6 medium red potatoes, sliced about
1/4" thick, peeled if desired
4-5 cups whole fresh green bean, trimmed
6 slices bacon, diced fried and drained
2 tbl. dried minced onion
1 can cream of celery soup
salt & pepper to taste

Place sliced potatoes and green beans in crockpot; add other ingredients. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours.
