CORN STUFFING BALLS
"Serve with broiled meats or roasts, or use as extra dressing with turkey."
1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
8 ounces herb-seasoned stuffing cubes
1/2 cup celery with leaves, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except margarine.
Shape into 7 or 8 balls. Place in slow-cooking pot. Pour butter over each.
Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
Makes 6 servings
