Recipe: Blueberry Crumble Pizza

BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE PIZZA

1 prepared 12-inch pizza crust
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. margarine, softened

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Place pizza crust on a round pizza pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, condensed milk and egg until well-blended. Fold in blueberries. Pour blueberry mixture over crust.

In a small bowl combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and margarine until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumb topping over blueberry mixture.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool completely, slice and serve. Refrigerate leftovers.

Makes 8 to 10 servings
