Recipe: Green Beans with Fresh Lemon-Chive Dressing

GREEN BEANS WITH FRESH LEMON-CHIVE DRESSING

1/4 lemon juice
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
3 cups fresh green beans, cooked

Mix the lemon juice, butter, and chives together. Pour over cooked green beans and heat. Serve immediately.

Makes 6 servings
