Recipe(tried): Baked Crunchy Potatoes

BAKED CRUNCHY POTATOES

4 to 6 potatoes
A few drops olive oil or sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried cilantro
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cut unpeeled potatoes into small cubes or wedges, about 1/2 to 3/4-inches. Rinse in cold water and drain. Toss with the oil.

Mix garlic and seasonings together in a medium plastic container (with lid) or in a plastic bag. Add potatoes, and shake. Place on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 40 minutes, turning at half-way point.
