Source: "Woman's World/5/29/01"
Servings: 10

3/4 cup butter or margarine -- divided
1/2 cup + 2 cups all-purpose flour -- divided
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 packages (6 oz each) fresh blueberries -- 3 cups

Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter and flour 9" springform pan.

Melt 1/3 cup butter. Combine 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter. With fingers press mixture together until large crumbs just form; set aside.

In a bowl combine remaining flour with baking powder, zest and salt; set aside.

At medium-high speed beat remaining butter with granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to medium-low. Beat in eggs one at a time. Alternately beat in flour mixture and milk, starting and ending with flour. Fold in 2 cups blueberries.

Remove from pan; cool on rack.
