1 poundcake sliced very thin, 1 Lb
1 vanilla pudding made from instant
1/2 pint cream, whipped for top
1 med. can peaches, drained and cut up
1 bag strawberries or less cut up[
rum or other, i use rum
apricot preserves or other kind

slice cake very thin and line bowl, sprinkle each piece with rum and then preserves on each slice. Put cake on bottom of bowl and up sides. then make layers in middle, using cake, pudding, peaches, berries, cake, pudding, etc. keep layering and end with fruit. whip cream and put on top nicely and sprinkle on slivered almonds or chopped walnuts. enjoy , its very good.
