Recipe: Broccoli-Walnut Saute

Side Dishes - Vegetables
BROCCOLI WALNUT SAUTE
6 servings

2 tb sesame oil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
4 cups broccoli florets or mixed vegetables ready for stir frying (Supermarket bag available in fresh vegetables)
1 tb soy sauce or Tamari
1/2 red bell pepper chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Heat oil in WOK. Add walnuts and saut for 1 minute. Add broccoli or mixed fresh vegetables bag and cook tossing until tender & crip. Add the soy sauce and correct seasoning w/ the salt & pepper. Serve, garnished w/ the red bell pepper.
