Recipe: Cherry Macaroon Parfaits (using pudding and pie filling)

CHERRY MACAROON PARFAITS

1 (3 3/8 ounce) package fat free vanilla pudding mix
3 cups fat free milk
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1/4 tsp almond extract
6 chocolate coconut macaroons, crumbled
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Lite, thawed (for garnish)

Prepare vanilla pudding with milk according to package directions.

Combine cherry pie filling and almond extract.

Alternate layers of pudding, crumbled cookies, and pie filling in 6 dessert dishes. Then, garnish each serving with whipped topping.

Makes 6 servings
