Chicken Salad Sandwich Supreme
2 Cups chicken, cooked and diced
2 tbs green olives, chopped
3/4 Cup celery chopped
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
2 tbs ripe olives sliced
1 tbs sweet pickle relish
1 tbs dill pickle relish
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Chill until ready to
serve...serve on croissants.
