Recipe(tried): Curried Rice Salad

I look forward to this in the summer. It has mayo so it's not really ideal for picnics.

Curried Rice Salad

3 cups of cooked rice-cooled
1/2 cup celery-chopped
a few raisins
2-3 green onions-thinly sliced
1 can King Oscar Icelandic shrimp 6-7 oz.

Mix with the following dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4-1/2 cup Major Greys chutney
1 T milk
2t (or to taste) curry powder

I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!
