I don't know if you will ever see this but so glad you enjoyed the salad. The reason I mentioned a specific brand is that the cold water shrimp are of a different nature. They are more like sweet, tender, little lobsters. IKEA sells them in the frozen section of their market. They are essential to make a Swedish dish called Toast Skagen. This dish has creme fraiche or a little sour cream, fresh dill, lemon et al and is just wonderful. I am making some tonight.
