Cranberry Couscous

Servings: 4
1 1/2 cups couscous
1/2 cups dried cranberries
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1/3 cups sliced almonds
Place the couscous, cranberries, cinnamon and salt in a serving bowl. Add water and butter. Let stand 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and toss with almonds.
