Golden Potato Wedges

Servings: 4

4 medium unpeeled potatoes -- cut in 12 wedges
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Place potatoes in shallow 1-1/2 quart microwave baking dish. Sprinkle with oil and remaining ingredients, except cheese. Stir to coat potatoes. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High 8-10 minutes, stirring potatoes twice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and microwave on High 1-2 minutes longer. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Potatoes will be tender and cheese melted.
