Ham and Potatoes
Great when you don't have time to stand over that stove!
2 (20 oz) packages diced frozen potatoes (I boil peeled & cubed potatoes, very easy)
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded (I buy it already shredded at the supermarket)
1 cup sour cream
1 (1 0oz) can cream of mushroom soup (or whatever flavor of cream soup you prefer)
2 cups diced cooked ham
Mix all ingredients in a 13 x 9x2 pan and bake for 50 minutes at 350F- until potatoes are done.
