Recipe: Quick Ham Casserole

Quick Ham Casserole
Sugar 'n Spice Cookbook

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
1/3 cup processed American cheese
1 package frozen lima beans -- 10 ounces
4 ounces broad noodles, cooked
2 cups diced ham
1/2 cup corn flakes -- crushed

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine mayonnaise and flour. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Pour sauce into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Add lima beans and noodles. Add ham and sprinkle cornflake crumbs on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
