Recipe: Lamb Shanks (using vegetable soup mix, garlic, and wine)

LAMB SHANKS

1 package dry vegetable soup mix (like Knorr's or Lipton's)
Lemon pepper
4 lamb shanks
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 to 1/2 cup wine

Spread the dry soup over the bottom of an oven pan that has sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Add the lamb shanks to the pan and season them lamb with the lemon pepper. Add the garlic and wine to the pan. Seal with foil.

Bake at 325 for a minimum of 3 hours.
