Recipe: No-Bake Butterscotch Cookies

NO-BAKE BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES

2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups quick oatmeal
1 package (6-ounce) butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped nuts

Boil brown sugar, butter, and milk for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and add oatmeal, butterscotch chips, and nuts. Mix well.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper to cool.

Makes four to 5 dozen.
