CHERRY CHEESE DESSERT
1 (3 ounce) package cherry flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup Carnation Instant Nonfat Dry Milk crystals
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water.
Beat cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually add 1/2 cup gelatin mixture. Add instant milk crystals. Beat until smooth. Stir in remaining gelatin mixture. Chill until mixture mounds from spoon.
Spoon into individual serving dishes. Chill or serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings
