Recipe: Honey and Fruit Spread (using butter, dried fruit and pecans)

Toppings - Assorted
HONEY AND FRUIT SPREAD

"Spread on English muffins, waffles or biscuits."

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened to room temperature
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chopped dried fruit (apricots, raisins, dates, etc.)
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

Combine all ingredients; mix well.

Makes 1 cup
