Recipe: Oven Fried Salmon Cakes

Oven Fried Salmon Cakes

1 cn (15oz) salmon, drained & flaked
1 c fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c minced scallions
2 tb fresh lemon juice
1 ts worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 400. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Beat egg with fork in med bowl. Add remaining ingredients & mix until well blended. Shape into 8 patties. Place on sheet & bake 10-12 minutes, turning once, until golden on both sides.
