PSUEDO RUEBENS
1 can crescent Rolls
1 can corned beef
1 can sauerkraut (I use Bush Bavarian), well drained
1 pkg. Swiss cheese
Spread half of the crescent rolls in the bottom of an 8x8-inch pan.
Bake in 375 degree oven until slightly golden, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Cover with Swiss cheese, mix corned beef and sauerkraut together and spread over Swiss cheese, cover with another layer of Swiss cheese. Place the other half of the crescent rolls over the top.
Bake until golden brown, 15 minutes or so.
Cut in squares and serve with mustard or Thousand Island dressing, and dill pickles.
