Recipe(tried): Red Beans and Rice

Red Beans & Rice

4 cups cooked rice
1 can kidney beans
2 stalks celery
1 cup onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons butter

Melt butter in a dutch oven. Saute onions and celery until onions are clear. Stir in kidney beans and rice and heat through. Great with Tabasco and Frank's hot sauce.
