Savory Spinach
Serves 6

2 packages frozen chopped spinach
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French fried onions
salt and pepper to taste

Cook spinach in salted water until separates. Drain. Return to pan and add cream cheese cut into small pieces. Melt and add cream of mushroom soup. Crush onions an add 1/2 can to spinach. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions and heat 5 more minutes.
