SEAFOOD CHOWDER

in a large pot put pieces of haddock and scallops.
add a bit of butter and water.
cook slow over low heat until done.
in a fry pan put in 1 can drained lobster
{save juice}
and a bit of butter ,along with paprika.
toss about with spatula until warmed throughout.
Take from stove put in the pot with fish.
Add the juice from your tin of lobster into the pot.
Add 1 can baby clams.
Cook low .
In a separate pot, cook a few cubed potatoes until tender.
Drain add to chowder.
Take from stove.
When ready to serve add 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup blend or cream.
