PINEAPPLE CHERRY LOAF

3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
2 eggs, well beaten
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp almond flavoring
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup red cherries, cut

Cream sugar, butter, & eggs. Add the flavorings.
Add dry ingredients that have been sifted together. Mix
Add pineapple juice.
Fold in cherries and crushed pineapple.
Put in large loaf pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake in 350 oven 1 hr
