Spinach Quiche

2 Pkgs. frozen chopped Spinach
2 (8 oz. each) pkgs.cream cheese, softened
8 large eggs, well beaten with salt and pepper
8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
4 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 unbaked pie shells (9 inch)
nutmeg or paprika

Cook spinach and drain very well.
Blend cream cheese into hot spinach.
Allow to cool and add eggs.
Divide Swiss cheese into pie shells and pour egg/spinach mixture on top.
This should almost fill each pie shell.
Top each with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serves 6
