THE I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S THIS EASY TO MAKE FUDGE
16 oz semi sweet chocolate squares
2/3 cup corn syrup
chopped nuts (optional)
Lightly grease an 8x5-inch loaf pan and line with waxed paper.
Microwave chocolate and corn syrup together on high for 2-3 minutes until melted. Stir. Stir in chopped nuts, if desired. Cool for 5 minutes.
Pour into prepared loaf pan. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight to set.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
Makes 32 squares
